"Code for the People" explores how technology and digital skills can empower communities and create opportunities for people traditionally excluded from the tech sector.
The documentary highlights individuals and organisations using coding, education, and collaboration to address real-world challenges. It also asks important questions about who designs the digital systems shaping society—and whether those systems serve everyone equally.
More than a film about programming, "Code for the People" is a timely story about inclusion, participation, and social change. It reminds viewers that technology should be developed with communities, not simply for them.
