Directed by D.J. Caruso, Two for the Money stars Matthew McConaughey and Al Pacino in a gripping drama about ambition, sports betting and addiction.
The film follows Brandon Lang, a former college football player whose career-ending injury leads him into the world of sports predictions. His talent attracts Walter Abrams, a charismatic betting adviser who offers him fame, wealth and a new identity.
As Brandon rises through the gambling industry, the pressure to keep winning begins to threaten his relationships and sense of control. With strong performances and a tense look at the risks behind sports betting, Two for the Money is an entertaining cautionary tale about confidence, money and the price of success.
